Refund policy
Harnesses and Collars policy:
We accept returns of unworn and unused products within 15 days after the delivery date. The items must be unused in their original condition with tag, Duster-bag intact. Note: Monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Teepee/Bed Return Policy:
Due to the nature of these products, they can not be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective. Please email us with any issues or concerns before placing your order.
Clothing Return Policy:
Returns are accepted within 10 days after the delivery date. No dog hair, smell, and/or stains on clothes. Items must be unworn and unwashed, the tag must still be attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you would like a replacement for the item(s) you are returning, we recommend that you place a new order with the new size/style you need. Our inventory changes daily and this is the best way to guarantee that the items you need will be available.
How to process a return:
Start your return here. Once your return is authorized by Pipolli, you will receive an email with return instructions.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. Pipolli is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties, taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7 days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
