YOKO & KIIRO
Yoko and Kiiro, the dynamic duo of French bulldogs affectionately known as "the potatoes," rule the roost in their Panama City apartment with their human parents, Nadine and Jose. These four-legged bosses are siblings from the same parents but different litters & Indeed, these potato siblings are the talk of the town! Nadine and Jose, the architect power couple, run the Isturaín+Sam Architecture Studio and have a flair for tropical architecture. Their apartment is brimming with greenery, giving it a fresh and lively vibe. Nadine's got a knack for photography and she's always on the lookout for perfect moments to capture the potato siblings' daily shenanigans. It all started when Yoko, the brindle Frenchie and now the big sister, wiggled her way into their lives. Before they knew it, their phone memory was bursting with Baby Yoko pics, prompting Nadine to create an Instagram album just for her. Snap by snap, Yoko quickly mastered the art of posing with her famous smile, even as a pup. Nadine had a blast capturing Yoko's silly sleeping positions and her boundless joy during playtime. It became an insanely fun part of her daily routine.

Feeling Yoko needed a playmate, the family welcomed Kiiro, the baby brother, to become part of the fun-filled adventure! Kiiro had to keep up with his energetic and playful sister. Yoko is the life of the party, always ready for some fun and never running out of steam. On the other hand, Kiiro is the epitome of tranquility, finding pure bliss during mealtime. Yoko used to be a bit fussy about her food, but since Kiiro's arrival, she's learned to chow down on time to avoid Kiiro snatching her food. They even have their own fashion preferences! Yoko struts her stuff in a snazzy harness, while Kiiro rocks a stylish collar and nothing makes him happier than a bowl filled to the brim with food. Despite their quirks, these two get along like peas in a pod, making them the perfect partners in crime!

Nadine and Jose put their creative minds together to come up with the perfect names for their furry buddies. Nadine, a fan of all things Japanese and anime, had her heart set on a Japanese name. Meanwhile, Jose wanted a name that embodied strength and famous female figures. After some brainstorming, they agreed on Yoko, inspired by the legendary Yoko Ono—a woman known for her artistic endeavors and for stirring up a bit of controversy in her day. As for the little dude, they named him Kiiro in loving memory of their first beloved hamster—a dapper fella with a gray coat adorned with tiny yellow spots, the exact hue that matches Kiiro's furry charm. Plus, "Kiiro" just happens to mean "Yellow" in Japanese.
As time went by, Yoko and Kiiro became pros at striking poses together for the camera. Yoko's Instagram account swiftly transformed into a joint photo album, and their followers couldn't resist labeling them as the adorable Potato siblings.They do everything as a dynamic duo—playful antics, making weird and hilarious sounds, and generously sharing beds, toys, outfits, and accessories (well, until Kiiro outgrew Yoko's fashion sense!). Even before Yoko's arrival, Nadine was a bona fide pet enthusiast. She followed countless dog-related Instagram accounts and curated a Pinterest board bursting with pet-related goodness. Her eyes had been locked on Pipolli Bows since 2017, dreaming of the day her fur babies would rock those. Now, seeing Yoko and Kiiro flaunt their Pipolli Bow bling fills her heart with pure happiness and endless giggles .

Nadine and Jose always knew they had a soft spot for French bulldogs, but little did they know just how funny and entertaining these adorable pups would be. Choosing to bring not just one, but two Frenchies into their lives turned out to be the best decision ever! Yoko and Kiiro have become their unwavering companions, providing endless love, laughter, and awesome memories.
